EDWARD J. HAAZ, M.Ed. Edward J. Haaz, M.Ed., LPC has been a clinical associate with GKSW/CGA since 1981. He holds a BA in Psychology from La Salle University and a Masters in Counseling Psychology from The American University. Since 1976, Mr. Haaz has maintained an active private practice providing psychotherapy for individuals and couples. His extensive background includes specialized training in areas of drug and alcohol abuse, stress management, and a holistic approach to wellness. Mr. Haaz has held various positions in the mental health field, which have included drug and alcohol research, in-patient and outpatient psychiatric/substance abuse services, and a thirty year private practice. An international speaker, Mr. Haaz is a Board Certified Medical Psychotherapist and frequently presents information on holistic approaches to wellness. He has been a credentialed trainer for the Center for Substance Abuse Prevention (CSAP) for over ten years and the Pennsylvania Department of Health (DOH), for twenty years. In addition, Mr. Haaz has served as a board member for the Employee Assistance Society of North America for twelve years and is a Past President. He also directs the Wellness and Employee Assistance Programs for Crown Cork & Seal, Inc. a company in 43 countries that employs 27,600 people. Mr. Haaz is also President of Mental Health Consultants, Inc. (MHC), a 27-year-old corporate consulting firm located in Bucks County, Pa. MHC specializes in workplace behavior and productivity issues.
